Questions
Do students need to pay or make an account?
Never. Students join live games with a code and a nickname. Classes and assignments are free for students; only the teacher’s plan sets limits such as class size or players per game.
How does the free trial work?
Teacher Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, one per teacher. You add a card at checkout so Pro continues without a gap; cancel in Manage billing before the trial ends and you won’t be charged anything.
What if Teacher Pro isn’t right for me?
Cancel any time from your account and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Ask within 14 days of any charge and we refund it in full right away (automatically once every 12 months); a person reviews any other request and replies within 2 business days.
What happens to my work if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your sets, classes and reports stay. Pro-only tools such as question insights and exports pause, and you can keep teaching, studying and converting on Free.
How are AI creations counted?
One creation is one document or set of notes turned into questions. Creations that fail or that you cancel never count, and your allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
What is the Founding Teacher offer?
For a limited number of teachers, the first year of the annual plan costs $44.99 instead of $59.99. It starts with the same free trial if you haven’t had one, and renews at the regular annual price unless you cancel.
